Great location near beach and attractions, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, free public parking, low price compared to neighboring hotels, decent-sized room with balcony.
Aspect: Couldn't fault.

Enjoyed the holiday decoration and the friendly staff, the restaurant offered many options for the Xmas dinner, and the sea view from the room was breathtaking.
The room was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay. the temperature of the shower was not consistent and often turned cold unexpectedly.

The hotel has a great location, being very close to Kleopatra beach and not far from the city center. the rooms are in good order with clean bathrooms and walk-in showers. the staff is friendly and helpful, with most of them being able to speak English. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and has a good air conditioning system.
Some guests experienced noise issues in rooms close to the elevator.

Great food and friendly staff! We enjoyed the delicious and hearty buffet. The hotel is well located near the beach and shops which was convenient. One advantage was that our room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay.
The hotel has a strict no outside drinks policy which meant we had to buy everything at the hotel which was pricey. we could hear a lot of noise from the busy street which made it difficult to sleep.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - right across from the beach! It's also very central to everything in Alanya, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms with a sea view are absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for your stay. Additionally, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. One of the highlights is the included breakfast, which offers a variety of options and even includes fruit juices. this hotel offers great value for the price.
Everything was ok, I couldn't ask for more.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with very reasonable prices compared to similar hotels in the area. Its location is perfect, being just a minute away from the beautiful Cleopatra Beach and very close to all the main attractions. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with a sea view are a great option, and it's a bonus that breakfast is included, with a variety of options and refreshing fruit juices.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
